The city with the highest population density in the area is West Liberty with a population density of 1,511 compares as substantially bigger. The next higher population density is Valley Hi is 27.3% larger with population density of 284. ![]() Looking at population density in Figure 5 Liberty township, Logan County, Ohio shows it has 223 population density which is in the mid point of other places in the area. ![]() Also, versus the state of Ohio, Population Change of 0.9%, Liberty township, Logan County, Ohio is only about 5.2% larger.
